We at HIT respect the privacy of your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected from Users and how it is obtained, stored, used and shared. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and accessing or registering in the HIT – Humanity in Transformation application, developed by M9 PRODUÇÕES Ltda., a legal entity governed by private law registered with the CNPJ/ME under No. address at Rua Jurandir Rodrigues de Castro, 613, Jardim Santa Teresa, Jundiaí-SP, CEP 13.211-420, hereinafter referred to as “HIT”, HIT plays the role of controller of the User's personal data, acting in accordance with applicable legislation and as described in our Policy. We ask you to read this Policy carefully, because, when using the HIT Application, the User will inform their free, informed and unequivocal agreement to the content described herein and to the means used by the Application for the treatment of their personal data. We emphasize that this consent can be revoked at any time by the User, by sending a notification by email, at which time the User must discontinue using the Application and his/her Account will be automatically canceled, in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Policy. 1. USE AND PROCESSING OF DATA 1.1. To use the Application, we collect the personal data provided by the Users at the time of their registration, which declare their authenticity. These data may include: name, identity document, photo, date of birth, gender, e-mail, address, telephone/cell phone and financial data. Data related to the User's location may be collected via geolocation, provided that they are previously authorized. 1.2. Certain information may be collected automatically when using the Application, such as IP addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time information, clickstream, device manufacturer, carrier, model, device version, application version, operating system version, device advertising identifier (IDFA), device accessibility information, and Wi-Fi networks. 1.3. Data arising from the use of the Application, such as date and time of access, searches and views, selected and contracted Therapies, amount paid and payment method may also be collected. As HIT acts as an intermediary in the relationship between Practitioners and Therapists, it receives data regarding their communications, including the date, time and their content. 1.4. The data collected may be stored, in whole or in part, and used to provide, maintain, improve and customize our products, services and functionalities, including to offer promotions, disclosures, new Therapies and services, confirmation of registration data and sending notices and relevant notifications. 1.5. Such data may also be used for internal purposes, such as auditing, data analysis and research to improve products, services and communications with Users, as well as generating statistical analyzes regarding the use of our services. 1.6. If you intend to remove, correct, update or delete the collected content, the User must contact HIT by email suporte.hit@m9producoes.com to make the request. 2. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY 2.1. Data collected from Users is stored in cloud services of partners that may be located in Brazil or abroad. 2.2. We may store the information and personal data provided by Users for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and in the HIT Terms and Conditions of Use. 2.3. If the User requests the deletion of their account, their personal information provided to HIT during their use of our services will be deleted, except for the purposes permitted by data protection legislation. 2.4. In some cases, we may retain information even if you delete your account, such as mandatory record keeping under applicable law, if there is an unresolved issue related to your account (such as a claim or dispute not resolved), as well as for the regular exercise of our rights, or if necessary for our legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and improving the security of our users. 2.5. The data may be shared with third-party service providers, with companies with which HIT maintains a collaborative or partnership relationship and with authorities and regulatory bodies and with the Users themselves for different purposes, when necessary. In such cases, the data will be treated in order to protect your privacy, with these companies having a contractual duty of protection compatible with the applicable legislation. 2.6. In the case of corporate transactions, such as restructuring, merger or sale of HIT assets, User data may be transferred, provided that the terms of this Policy are respected. 3. COOKIES AND OTHER NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES 3.1. We automatically collect, through cookies and other network technologies, certain information about your browser, mobile phone and/or other mobile device, as applicable, when you access the Application. 3.2. We use different types of cookies to promote and improve our services, personalize the User experience and measure the effectiveness of our communication and advertising. Such cookies may be used to memorize personal information, assess trends and access frequency, analyze User behavior and interaction within the Application, administer our services, obtain information about our User base in general, assist in the authentication of Users, among others, in accordance with legislation. 3.3. In addition to cookies and other HIT technologies, we may allow contracted third parties to use cookies and other proprietary technologies to identify your browser, mobile phone and/or other device in order to deliver targeted HIT advertising when the User accesses websites or applications from the 3rd. These third parties may provide HIT with the information collected through data sharing. 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS 4.1. In case of material changes to this Policy, the User will be notified through (i) the email address provided at the time of registration and/or (ii) a striking post on our Application. In order to continue using the Application, we will ask for a new consent in relation to any significant changes in your rights. 4.2. When registering for the Application, the User will have the opportunity to choose whether or not to receive messages about our Application, including promotional content, by email, telephone or social networks. If desired, the User may modify their options at any time in their registration, in their own emails received or by sending a message directly to our email address suporte.hit@m9producoes.com. 4.3. Users' personal data are treated with the utmost care and security by HIT. If there is access and/or misuse of those stored on the system by malicious third parties, HIT will not be held responsible, its liability being limited to its own acts. The same applies in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure. 4.4. If you wish to discuss issues related to this Policy, clarify doubts, revoke consent, rectify or request the deletion of your personal data, stop receiving commercial communications, including emails, please contact support.hit@ m9producoes.com. 4.5. In case of doubts regarding the understanding and exercise of your rights as a holder of personal data, HIT provides specific means for sending requests through the “Help” section of the Application.
